At S.F. Construction, whether an individual or all as a team are committed to quality in the execution of projects. In addition, we have particularly appointed a quality control manager who is responsible for the company’s quality policy. It’s work is to

• Ensuring that company’s entire staffs undergo training.
• Promoting the system to entire staff.
• Assisting and Co-ordinating with site staff in drafting individual quality plans for the projects.
• Monitoring and ensuring that quality records are maintained by the concerned staffs.
• Arrangement for the periodic management reviews and inspections.

QUALITY SYSYTEM

Quality System is a document to ensure that all activities being conducted by company’s organization are committed to quality. The process includes

• Management reviews.
• Control & testing equipment.
• Performing necessary corrective and preventive action.
• Conducting adequate staff training.
• Checking out quality plans for execution of projects and giving out work instructions.

CONTRACT REVIEW AND DESIGN CONTROL

• It is the duty of the office engineer to ensure that all requirements in the tender document are adequately defined and that the company has disposal necessary resources and capacity to meet the contractual requirement of clients.
• All ambiguities and errors in tender document or drawings have to be clarified with the client and amendments informed to all concerned before the submission of the tender.
• Also upon the award of the contract the concerned project in charge reviews the contract so as to ensure that all requirements are adequately defined.
• It is the duty to ensure that proper input for design be supplied by interacting with the client necessary and have control over checking modification of design output and it’s validity at construction stage.
